Lincoln Center Theater, which has brought us so many
excellent musicals over the years, including the current revival of Ragtime,
will present The Sound of Music next spring starring Jasmine Amy Rogers,
the powerhouse star of last year's Boop! The Musical. Lear de Bessonet, in her second year as the
theatre’s artist director, will direct.
She directed Ragtime, which won this year’s Tony Award for best
new musical revival.
